This is a remastered version of my 2005 release "Stages on the Way to Freedom", the prison poems of Dietrich Bonhoeffer. This year, 2020, commemorates the 75th anniversary of Bonhoeffers death at Flossenburg concentration camp.

Originally released on MUSICOM as Audio-Book with actress Dietlinde Turban and actor Christopher Rothwell reading all poetry in German and English, here is the English version with Dietlinde Turban appearing only on #1 and #9 in the role of Bonhoeffer´s bride, Maria von Wedemeyer.
